Payment methods

1. On the website. Safe payment of the order on the website, with a VISA / MASTER CARD card of any bank

When paying for an order by bank card, the payment is processed on a secure page of the processing system, which has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) are not sent to the online store, their processing is completely protected and no one, including our online store, can get the client's personal bank data.

 

2. Transfer to a card. PrivatBank

You can pay by card using self-service terminals, mobile banking (privat24, monobank, Oschadbank, etc.)

 

3. Postpaid. Payment upon receipt of goods by mail (Ukraine)

We sincerely appreciate that after the payment there is a settlement of 500 UAH (the obligatory prepayment is 200 UAH). Requests up to 500 UAH will be sent for a full prepayment to the card. If the parcel is returned, the subscription fee is not refunded.

  • Nova Poshta (delivery from 70 hryvnias, in the case of post-payment, an additional commission of 20 hryvnias + 2% of the post-paid amount is charged)
  • Ukr Poshta (delivery from UAH 40)
  • Pickup (addresses of representatives see below)


2. Other countries

Delivered by the country's postal service (delivery cost - 10€, added automatically when creating an order and paid by the SENDER)
 

*IMPORTANT! When sending orders abroad, customs fees may be charged in the recipient's country. Please check the conditions of your country in advance.

In case of refusal of the parcel during its return, additional customs fees may appear. Please note that such costs are covered by the customer.

Unfortunately, the cost of delivery and possible customs fees are not refundable.
