How to use:  Apply mica after makeup with a flat sable brush or finger to accentuate highlights and/or add a touch of glow.If this is not the first time you use loose eye shadows and pigments for eye makeup, then first apply a gel base (brand and color - your choice, for example, Glitter Fix Gel fix-gel) and fill the mica with a flat brush with a sable bristle.
