Return Policy
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange if they have been opened or used.
Returns or exchanges are possible in the following cases:
- manufacturing defect;
- damage during delivery;
- incorrect item received.
Claims Procedure
Claims regarding damaged goods or manufacturing defects are accepted only if the parcel was inspected at the Nova
Poshta office upon receipt.
In case of damage or defect, a damage report must be completed immediately at the Nova Poshta office.
If the parcel was collected from the Nova Poshta office without inspection, further return or exchange is not possible.
If the order was received via a parcel locker, and damage or defect is discovered after opening, you must immediately contact Nova Poshta’s hotline and notify us.
To process your claim:
- contact us within 14 days of receiving your order;
- provide photo or video evidence of the issue;
- keep the original packaging.
